Maintenance

Elite Elevator knows the importance of having a safe, well maintained elevator. Down time on your elevator(s) can be very costly to your business, not to mention an inconvenience. We value our customers and are dedicated to fulfilling our promises to them. We offer a variety of service contracts.

Our Full Maintenance Contract

Our most popular is our full maintenance contract. This contract includes monthly maintenance by one of our skilled technicians. All service calls between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are at no charge with only a few exceptions. By enrolling in our monthly maintenance program you are sure to keep your elevator(s) in tip top condition.

Our Oil & Grease Contract

Our Oil and Grease contract includes lubrication of moving parts and minor adjustments on a regularly scheduled basis. Our service technicians will report to the maintenance engineer any additional services that may be needed to keep the elevator running properly. All additional repairs will be chargeable.
